Abstract Knowledge of the measurement uncertainty test results is fundamentally important for laboratories, their customers and all parties using interpreting these results. In conformity assessment, a result used to decide if an item interest conforms specified requirement. Because uncertainty, there always risk incorrectly deciding whether or not requirement based on measured value property item. Conformity assessment can be quite challenging when entity so close tolerance limits specification that its however estimated, critically affects decision-making. such cases, different decision rules make statements conformity. The aim this paper provide survey methods evaluation in testing, as well stress need appropriate estimation uncertainty. This also aims assist testing laboratories understanding level (such false accept reject) associated with rule employed.
